Production Services

Production Management/Line Production

Though on larger productions the UPM and Line Producer jobs are separate, often on independent productions under $3 Million, they can be and often are combined. We have extensive experience budgeting and scheduling all types and sizes of projects, implementing the hiring of additional production staff and crew members, monitoring departments, ensuring all rules and regulations for SAG and other unions are adhered to and setting up the production office. We are also familiar with the process of incorporating film productions, which is an important protection for any filmmaker.

Casting Services

When the budget does not allow for the Hollywood casting director, we can facilitate and organize your casting sessions. We have connections with some of the largest casting agencies in the nation so we can bring you a great selection of talent to choose from. We will put out the call, arrange the location for auditions, schedule the talent, make sure all information is gathered, and tape the auditions. The director can just sit back, relax, and make his or her choices.

If you need to fill background or bit parts, we can do all of the above and choose them for you, just let us know what you are looking for!

Budgeting and Scheduling

We have budgeted for projects from $70K to $50 Million. We are familiar with budgeting films that are shot on different mediums such as the Panasonic HVX200, the Sony F950, The Grass Valley Viper, and the Panavision 35MM cameras. We can also budget according to whether your project is non-union, or on any particular SAG/AFTRA contract and we are familiar with the rates and fringes for other unions such as IATSE, DGA, etc.

The budgeting/scheduling programs we are current with are:

Company Move

Gorilla

EP (Movie Magic) which is our preferred program.

Script Revisions and Formatting

You may have discovered when presenting a script just how important it is to have it properly formatted. Whether you are presenting a feature, documentary, commercial to investors or crew it is imperative that it shows your professionalism. Your script is often times the first impression someone has of your project. Spelling errors, syntax errors and improper formatting can distract individuals from the impressive project you are about to launch. So, put your best foot forward right off the bat! Let us help you polish your script.
